City Sleep Inn welcomes you to Lipa's premiere destination for holding special events! After undergoing more than a year of extensive renovation, the former Auster Plaza is reborn as Events Centre. Everything from the exterior paint to the interior floors have been redone to give your event a touch of elegance rarely found in facilities outside of Metro Manila.

With three (3) air-conditioned function halls, a Garden with an open-air Pavilion and a Conference Room to choose from, you will find that the only venue-related problem you will encounter will be which of our venues suits your event best. In addition, our function halls come with the free use of a P/A Sound System, which is capable of getting your message to all of your guests. 

In addition to our function venues, we offer guest rooms of various sizes.  Some rooms are perfect for just two persons but some that are big enough to accommodate as many as 8 to 10 persons.  All guest rooms are air-conditioned with private showers with hot and cold water.  Suites and Deluxe Suites have private baths for your convenience.

As something extra for our overnight guests, our swimming pool is available for their use from 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM every day, provided there are no scheduled Garden or Pavilion functions.  A ping-pong table and a dart board is available in the Pavilion area for guest use, free-of-charge.
